Delivery (UAE & International): Orders are delivered within 7–9 business days. We ship worldwide, and international shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your PALVALI pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Timeframe: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
